I’m not sure whether playing video games gives you better reflexes, but I really have to wonder whether calculations for motion tracking carry over to real life considering the variety of different games I’ve played that require me to lead shots and the ease with which I’ve learned to play all of them despite a number of radically different aiming systems.

Then again, what practical use does motion tracking mastery have nowadays anyways?
